MUSITION - The new interactive approach to MUSIC THEORY
Musition is a comprehensive music theory and fundamentals package for music students of all ages and abilities. Musition's interactive teaching makes learning music theory fun and easy. The structured drills and instant feedback create a stimulating learning environment, enabling students to achieve their maximum potential. Complete with 25 topics and sophisticated record keeping features, Musition 2 is the ultimate music tuition tool!

Musition has a simple and friendly interface. Because Musition is designed to help you learn music theory, we don't believe that you should have to learn how to use it!

The main screen of Musition opens up with four large buttons, each signifying a group of topics or modules. Individual topics are accessed using the slightly smaller buttons underneath.

Click on a button to enter a topic, select the level of practise and click the 'Start' button. It's that easy!

Each topic has a system of graded levels, getting progressively more difficult. You and your students can move through the levels as required - advanced students can move ahead, and less advanced students can consolidate their learning at their own pace. Musition is suitable for all ages and abilities. Each topic has a system of levels that are progessively graded, allowing beginners and advanced students to realise their full potential in the shortest possible time.

Musicians of all backgrounds can use Musition. It doesn't matter if you are a classical pianist, jazz drummer or rock guitar player. Musition's wide variety of topics will allow you and your students to focus on your particular area(s) of study, whilst obtaining valuable exposure to other non familiar areas of music theory.

To help you achieve as much as you possibly can, each topic has an accompanying Information screen. These screens explain the content of each topic, and give hints and tips. Where relevant, you may also play examples to further assist your understanding. The Scales information screen is shown below;

Features Include:

  • 25 Topics to Practice, divided into 4 topics!
  • Note Reading
  • Key Centers
  • Terms & Symbols
  • Instruments
  • Testing features - create customised tests
  • Allow 'the Professor' to guide you through the CD-ROM
